The Belgian concert pianist, piano teacher and composer Jean-Louis Gobbaerts (1835-1888) wrote many compositions under pseudonyms. This ‘Galop du Diable’ or ‘Devil’s Gallop’ under the name G. Ludovic.
Castanet part by Amparo de Triana for intermediate level with 1/16 carretillas, 1/16 quintuplets and the double golpe of the right hand (played with the ring and middle fingers of the right hand).
